Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research efforts and translate insights into actionable product and design decisions. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, strategic, and comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies, diary studies).
- Define research strategy and plans aligned to product roadmaps and business goals.
- Synthesize findings into clear insights, personas, journey maps, and recommendations.
- Partner closely with UX/UI Designers to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to influence prioritization and roadmaps.
- Present research findings to senior leadership in a clear, compelling way.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Mentor junior researchers or designers as needed.
- Continuously improve research processes, tools, and methodologies.
- 5–10+ years of experience in UX Research or related roles.
- Strong experience conducting mixed-methods research
. - Proven ability to translate research into strategic product insights.
- Experience working closely with product and design teams in agile environments.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with research tools (User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Figma, Maze, etc.).
- Background in enterprise, SaaS, or large‑scale consumer products.
- Experience influencing executive‑level decision making.
- Familiarity with accessibility, inclusive design, and usability standards.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading research initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset
- Strong advocate for the user
- Confident communicator who can influence without authority
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem spaces
