We are seeking a skilled M  modeler who will implement full electronic batch records at our production site. In this role, you will be responsible for converting paper batch records into full electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) in MES PAS‑X, integrated with the Delta

V control recipe to ensure accurate data flow and automated deviation detection across all automation layers.

You will model process, material, and equipment flows, create MBRs following the S88 standard, and optimize system functionalities. You will also integrate MBRs with Delta

V control recipes and collaborate with stakeholders to define PCS M  elements for data integration and automated deviation detection.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Experience in documenting work instructions and best practices.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, OSI‑PI is a plus.
• Degree in a scientific or automation‑related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical production environment.
• Experience working with complex systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Delta
  
  V.
