HP PC/Printer Technician - Dallas, TX

• Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
• Configure hardware, software, and network components on customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and technical diagnostics for printers and related hardware.
• Manage critical service events and communicate effectively with customers and escalation teams.
• Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and stooping.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college preferred.
• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
• Onsite customer-facing experience and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
