Requirements Must have:

  • 2-year degree or higher or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma or military background
  • Familiarity with fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
  • Over 3 years of experience in a law firm environment due to close integration of office suite
  • Awareness of working in an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse setting
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise context
  • Understanding of PC technology including MS Office, Internet, Windows, Mac OS, and video conferencing
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices to all users
  • Respond to user inquiries over the phone and through email concerning software or hardware issues
  • Guide walk-up users through methods to resolve their problems
  • Repair, install, and modify computer software and hardware as necessary
  • Install and configure PCs, printers, and peripherals in adherence to established standards
  • Offer VIP support to attorneys, support staff, and clients on-site
  • Implement new hardware and software upgrades as requested
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using problem-solving techniques
  • Conduct support both via phone/email and with remote assistance tools
  • Resolve technical difficulties associated with computing equipment and software
  • Provide on-site technical support and end-user training
  • Assist with technical support for IT services in conference rooms
  • Perform installation and maintenance on proprietary systems
  • Ensure timely resolution of end-user issues accurately
  • Manage IT assets and inventory effectively
