Scrum Lead​/Project Manager

Position: Scrum Lead / Project Manager
Minimum qualification :
Scrum Lead certification with deep understanding of all things Agile.
Experience in managing technology projects or software development processes with background in the Web development or application systems or Web design projects.
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS technology ( would be great)
Strong experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc
Strong communication skills.
Humble and results-oriented lead with team-first mentality who follows through on commitments.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and teaching skills.
Certifications :
PMP or Scrum certification is a plus

Job Duties -

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood within the team and the guide team to follow Scrum principles.
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events - Sprint Planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review(Demo), Sprint Refinement and Sprint Retrospective
Document feedback provided during Product demos by Product Owner and Stakeholders and partner with PO to decide next steps.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Providing Scrum team statistics, identifying project dependencies, team capacity, velocity forecasts, burndowns/burn-ups, dashboards, story points, etc to Product Owner and leadership team
Monitor and communicate to Product owner and Program Managers sprint progress and project interdependencies while working on prioritized backlog items and how they impact project & program level milestones.
Lead retrospectives and process improvement efforts to improve overall throughput and decrease lead time from prioritization to delivery/release.
Manage conflicts and resolve issues using empathetic approach within Scrum team.
Support Product Owner in finding techniques to help build clear and concise Product Backlog items and bring them in good shape and ready for next sprint.
Proactively removes impediments for the scrum team to ensure continuous flow of work and maintains an active risk and issue log to report on concerns to Product Owner, Program Managers and Stakeholders
Communicate to Product Owner , Stakeholders and Program Managers about ticket status , demos, UAT readiness and deployment schedules.
