Requirements:
- Must be MBI cleared.
- Mandatory skill:
Deep or Intermediate knowledge of MS Project and keeping it updated. - Works well with others and focuses solely on this project while working, No other meeting conflicts.
- Understand the team IRS Environment (Chain of Command once known)
- MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project Mandatory
- Can take notes and report out challenges, and risks to internal PMs (Nena and Lisa)
- Update any PPTs or other Documents as required.
- MS Teams and SharePoint Basics
- Set up meetings.
- Scribe and Share meeting notes
- Update Project Docs (Risk Register, Action Registers)
- Knowledge of PMI standards and Agile Methodologies
- Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/OneSDLC but not mandatory.
