Senior Project Manager

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in digital project delivery, web development, and Agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams delivering marketing websites and web applications. This role combines project management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership in a fast-paced digital environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital project management for web and application development initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams including UX/UI, Design, Engineering, and QA
- Drive Agile / Scrum delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery execution
- Manage work using Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar project management tools
- Support QA, UAT, and release management to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Act as the primary escalation point and proactively remove delivery roadblocks
- Continuously improve delivery processes, team velocity, and client outcomes
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / Digital Project Manager
- Strong background in web development, UX/UI design, and QA processes
- Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery environments
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex digital programs
- Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms:
Word Press, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Magento, etc. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, release management, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Scrum Master / Product Owner certification
- Experience in Automobile industry or consulting environments
- Exposure to marketing technology (Mar Tech), digital transformation, or enterprise web platforms
