Marketing & Growth OrganizationThe Marketing & Growth Organization is AT&T’s marketing engine, responsible for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers.
Marketing Measurement and Optimization (MMO)MMO develops and implements a systematic approach to quantify the holistic drivers of demand, understanding the opportunity costs of investment decisions. It measures the impact of media, offers, and other drivers on sales, profitability, brand equity, and consumer behavior.
About the RoleThe Principal Marketing Performance Analytics role supports the MMO team, delivering strategic initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring effective executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute marketing performance measurements
- Design and deliver new performance analytics capabilities with internal experts.
- Integrate measurement programs using MMM, custom models, and marketing experiments.
- Manage all aspects of marketing modeling and experiment projects: stakeholder alignment, business case development, data collection, model development and validation, insights extraction, visualization, and presentations.
- Marketing performance intelligence program management and impact
- Serve as central point for executive communication calendar for all MMO deliverables.
- Establish strong program management discipline across the MMO team.
- Manage processes and communication to maintain a consistent rhythm of deliverables to senior leadership.
- Centralize prioritization and alignment of measurement requests.
- Implement processes to monitor progress towards milestones and deliverables.
- Create strategic communication and presentations for AT&T’s Consumer and Business organizations
- Influence business decisions through persuasive presentation of key insights and solutions.
- Generate crisp insights on media effectiveness and develop actionable recommendations.
- Support broader program adoption and integration of all performance analytics.
Excellent communication skills, autonomous work style, persuasive team player, strong data and information management skills, analytical know‑how, and problem‑solving ability.
- Experience with statistical regression and attribution modeling such as MMM, MTA.
- Experience designing and measuring multifactor experiments using statistical analysis for consumer media and marketing.
- Experience with data processing, analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Palantir, Python, R, Tableau, Power
BI, Snowflake.
