This is a great opportunity to influence best practices, shape technical direction, and make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking organization.
Required Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles and deployment pipelines
- Working knowledge of networking concepts (firewalls, protocols, load balancers)
- Experience with VMware (vCenter, vRA, vRO)
- Background in bare metal Open Shift deployments
- Knowledge of SSL certificate management
- Experience working within Agile environments (Kanban, sprints, stand-ups)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, QRadar)
- Ability to stay current on emerging technologies and container platform trends
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – especially when conveying complex technical topics
- Willingness to document, share knowledge, and mentor team members
- Engineer and support enterprise-grade Open Shift platforms across multiple environments
- Lead efforts to migrate applications to containerized and cloud-native platforms
- Implement automated infrastructure deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate across development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure stability and scalability of the platform
