Technology Procurement Specialist

Contract Length: 12 months plus potential extension

Location:

Dallas, Texas – Downtown (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes for technology hardware, software, and services. In this role, you’ll work closely with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement while maintaining compliance with company standards.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including document review, PO processing, and vendor relationship management
• Draft and update contracts (e.g., amendments, MSAs, SOWs), ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead the preparation and execution of RFPs, evaluate vendor bids, and coordinate with business teams to align on requirements
• Identify and implement improvements to procurement processes for greater efficiency
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while providing support to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 4+ years in technology sourcing/procurement, with hands-on RFP and contract management experience
• Good technology acumen with advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of procurement best practices and technology contract terms
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred prior experience with SaaS, cloud contracts and a solid understanding of legal and technology agreements
