Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office
USC or GC Preferred
12 Month Contract

In this role, you will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that helps customers and internal teams understand and use our products effectively. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support teams to ensure technical content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand voice and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Producing high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for different audiences.
  • Consolidating and migrating existing technical documentation, streamlining and updating to meet applicable standards.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather information and validate content.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation to reflect product changes and enhancements.
  • Ensuring content is structured, accessible, and consistent with documentation standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of documentation tools, processes, and style guides.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Writer in software or technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and complex concepts.
  • Solid organizational skills, able to juggle competing priorities and clearly communicate trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with documentation platforms, content management systems, or Markdown-based tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, software development, and agile environments is essential.
