We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support Developer to join our team. This role involves both development and support responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing applications built using Camunda, Java, Graph
QL, React, and Azure. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, handling urgent issues, and occasionally adjusting their schedule to accommodate weekend or off‑hours support needs.
- Provide ongoing support for production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack (Camunda, Java, Graph
QL, React, Azure). - Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential problems.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and be available for weekend or shifted schedules based on priority issues.
- Document support processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Strong experience with Camunda BPM and workflow orchestration.
- Proficiency in Java and backend development.
- Familiarity with Graph
QL APIs and query optimization. - Hands‑on experience with React for frontend support and debugging.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a support‑driven environment.
- Experience in a production support or Dev Ops role.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
- Flexibility to work shifted hours or weekends as needed.
- Availability to respond to urgent tickets outside of standard business hours.
