SAP Cutover Lead

We are seeking a person with good understanding of the systems to participate in the implementation, gathering requirements, and recommending improvements to achieve project goals. The Cutover Manager will work closely with the other IT Project Managers, Business Process owners, and boundary system owners to execute the pre‑cutover, cutover and post‑cutover activity. The Cutover Lead will provide the strategy, approach, checklists and planning to drive successful new system delivery.

• Provide hands on management of all cutover tasks.
• Coordinate and manage the Cutover.
• Develop the Global Template and Local teams, to execute the Cutover.
• Responsible for updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems.
• Responsible for coordinating with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition.
• Ensure integration of all areas of the project.
• Collaborate with business users, management, IT analysts, developers, and consultants.
• Develop detailed cutover checklist and project plan incorporating both technical and operations or business tasks.
• Able to lead project deliverables.
• Ability to assist in creation and maintenance of project support materials, such as project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, and status.
• SAP Functional or Technical experience in any module.

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly the ability to build constructive and productive working relationships with clients and among stakeholders.
• Strong project program management skills, particularly possessing a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence in work product delivery, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• 15+ years of SAP experience.
• Experience in cutover activities for SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation for at least 1 or 2 global implementations.
• Experience of managing cutover in a retail client.
