Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant (GL, AP, AR) L2/L3 Support – Absolute background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (SaaS) and extensive experience implementing and supporting core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses). Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; familiarity with SQL and BI Publisher. Ability to work with both onshore and offshore teams. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Incident & Problem Management – Handle L2/L3 support tickets, diagnose complex functional/technical issues, and provide timely resolutions; triage and prioritize critical issues, escalating to Oracle Support when necessary; log and manage Oracle SRs, tracking bugs and patches.
• Configuration & Maintenance – Assist with ongoing configuration of workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, and security; support minor changes and regression testing for quarterly updates (PUM/PUPs); maintain configurations in production/preview environments.
• Business Alignment – Translate business requirements into functional solutions; analyze log/trace files to resolve complex problems; recommend best practices and continuous improvements.

• 10+ years experience in implementing and supporting core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
• Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (SaaS).
• Functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; familiarity with SQL, BI Publisher.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical skills, stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
