- Clustered Failover and Fault Tolerant Server setup
- Virtual Server creation using VMWare or HyperV
- Print Servers and Printer farms management
Microsoft SQL Server proficiency (2008, 2012, 2014)
Stored procedures and triggers
SQL Server administration and configuration
Two-tier replication as subscriber or publisher
Windows Desktop operating systems (XP, Windows 7, 8, 10)
Microsoft Snapshot imaging and VM creation from snapshots
Proven track record supporting and troubleshooting issues
Strong problem-solving skills and corrective actions
Ability to interface and support end users effectively
