Senior Data Engineer
Location: Coppell, TX
Salary Range: $120K-$140K
We are looking to bring on a Senior Data Engineer to our team due to growth. We need someone with 8+ years of experience in the Data Engineering space who specializes in Microsoft Azure and Databricks. This person will join multiple initiatives for the "New Development" and "Data Reporting" teams but will primarily design, build, maintain, and automate enterprise data architecture and pipelines within the cloud.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and architecture.
- Automate data workflows using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and CI/CD processes.
- Develop data models and perform data mapping, profiling, and documentation.
- Collaborate with data stakeholders to define, uncover, and resolve ambiguous data challenges.
- Ensure high data quality and reliability across all pipelines.
• 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Business Intelligence professional
• Expertise in Azure Databricks (5+ years) and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Proficiency with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
• Strong skills in Azure Dev Ops (ADO), SQL (ETL, SSIS), and Python (PySpark) or Scala for automation
• Experience in pipeline architecture, data modeling, and CI/CD implementation
