Technical Product Manager - Senior Solomon Page

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager / Scrum Product Owner with strong B2C digital and e-commerce front-end experience to help transform the web acquisition experience This role serves as the voice of the customer and partners closely with UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer‑centric digital products across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across digital platforms
- Partner closely with UX, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to define, build, and launch customer‑facing solutions
- Define and communicate detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non‑functional requirements
- Lead and guide the scrum team through the SDLC, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
- Drive improvements across the middle and lower acquisition funnel to optimize conversion and customer engagement
- Leverage VOC, data insights, and analytics to inform product decisions with a strong bias for action
- Manage product development activities including roadmaps, release planning, project planning, and lifecycle management
- Support test design and execution, validation, and launch readiness
- Align closely with peer Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure roadmap and delivery alignment
- Demonstrate strong storytelling skills by clearly articulating customer value (“why”), defining solutions (“what”), and partnering on execution (“how” and “when”)
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Scrum Product Owner in a B2C digital or e-commerce environment
- Strong expertise in digital front‑end products and web acquisition experiences
- Deep understanding of middle and lower funnel optimization
- Hands‑on experience using VOC, analytics, and data insights to drive product decisions
- Background as a Software Engineer with strong knowledge of the SDLC
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner following an engineering background (preferred)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
