We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer to drive our Dev Ops practices and elevate our delivery capabilities.
RoleSummary:
As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the development and operations lifecycle, owning the end‑to‑end automation of infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, observability, and cloud infrastructure management. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance, reliability, and security of services across environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Build & manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Manage containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Embed Dev Sec Ops practices into pipelines and infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis.
Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of Dev Ops or SRE experience.
- Strong hands‑on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Cloud Formation).
- Kubernetes, Docker, Helm experience.
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Monitoring and observability implementation.
- Networking and security fundamentals.
- AWS/Azure/GCP Dev Ops certifications.
- Git Ops tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Experience with AIOps or predictive automation.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
