Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Program Manager with a strong background in software development to lead our Cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cybersecurity projects, ensuring that they align with our enterprise security goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.####

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage cybersecurity programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
* Coordinate with software development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects, implementing effective risk management strategies.
* Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
* Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging threats in cybersecurity to inform project direction and strategy.#### Mandatory

* Proven project management skills with a strong focus on cybersecurity initiatives.
* Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
