IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to join our Client's team.
What you’ll doLead complex IT projects that require strong collaboration and communication between teams
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and deliverables.
Align with overall Digital ONE IT PMO guidelines and operating models
Create and present weekly project status reports with clear, concise updates for executive, business and technical audiences, track milestones, and progress
Develop and maintain project plans, KBDs, project charters
Distribute meeting minutes and meeting recaps
Contribute to a centralized Decisions and RAIDS log Identify, monitor, and elevate risks, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues quickly
Calendar and facilitate joint planning sessions, workshops and regular status reviews to keep teams aligned
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of IT project management experience managing complex IT projects
Proficiency with project management tools, e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
Advanced communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills for executive, business, and technical audiences
Ability to lead under pressure
PPM certification is a plus Experience managing multiple related projects or a portfolio of initiatives
