QA Manager
Location:
Dallas, TX (onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $120,000 – $140,000/year
Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Manager with strong P&C Insurance and Guidewire Policy Center expertise to lead end-to-end testing and quality governance for a large-scale Guidewire implementation.
Must Have Technical/Functional
Skills:
- Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge, including policy administration, underwriting, rating, billing, claims, and integrations.
- Guidewire experience with Policy Center certification or equivalent implementation credentials.
- Strong functional testing and end-to-end test strategy experience.
- Experience with test planning, execution, defect management, quality governance, and release readiness.
- Experience leading functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for Guidewire Policy Center programs.
- Lead functional, integration, automation, and UAT testing teams.
- Define test scope, plans, environments, test data, schedules, entry/exit criteria, and quality metrics.
- Ensure testing coverage across Policy Center, integrations, data migration, downstream/upstream systems, and business processes.
- Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, risk tracking, and resolution.
- Promote automation for regression and repeatable test scenarios.
- Coordinate with business, product, technology, vendor, and program teams for successful releases and go-live readiness.
- Provide executive-level reporting on testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality outcomes.
