Are you passionate about solving complex healthcare data challenges and helping clients transform their businesses through Data, AI, and Cloud technologies?
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with strong expertise in Databricks, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Data Engineering, Analytics, and GenAI to lead strategic pursuits and shape winning solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences clients.
What You'll Do- Lead solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI opportunities from discovery through SOW sign-off.
- Own RFP responses, proposals, solution architecture, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
- Design modern data platforms leveraging Databricks, Big Query, Dataflow, Vertex AI, and associated cloud-native services
. - Build hands-on POCs, demos, and accelerators using Python, PySpark, and SQL
. - Partner with sales, delivery, and hyperscaler teams to drive successful deal outcomes.
- Present solutions to CDOs, CIOs, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices within the Data & AI practice.
- 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Databricks, GCP, Python, PySpark, and SQL
. - Experience solutioning enterprise-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud Modernization, and AI programs.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, and modern data architectures
. - Proven success leading proposals, estimation, and large Data & AI pursuits.
- Healthcare domain experience across Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences organizations.
- Databricks and Google Cloud certifications
- Experience with FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
- Exposure to Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric
- Work on cutting-edge Data & AI transformation programs.
- Partner with leading healthcare organizations.
- Influence strategic technology decisions and large-scale cloud modernization initiatives.
- Be part of a growing team shaping the future of Analytics and AI.
