As a Field Technician, you'll be on the front lines of customer deployments, helping implement cutting-edge solutions at real-world sites across the region. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

$70,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
What You'll Be Doing- Deploy and support innovative IoT and wireless technology solutions in customer environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and connectivity issues in the field
- Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementations
- Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of hardware systems
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers throughout the deployment process
- Travel locally to customer sites and support projects from planning through execution
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 0-3 years of experience in technical support, field service, installation, telecom, or related environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with hardware, tools, and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to IoT technologies
- Experience with BLE, RFID, RF, wireless, or networking technologies
