Diversity Nexus in Dallas, TX seeks an Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user support for PC/Mac environments, perform imaging, deployments, and IMACs, and manage assets. The role covers onsite and remote support, including VIP users, with emphasis on strong customer service and ITIL-aligned service desk practices.
Candidate will work in a fast-paced setting, handle multiple priorities, and educate users on new software and hardware. Experience with Autopilot, MDT, and Teams is a plus.
