At AspireHR we only hire the best and expect ideal candidates to have the following required qualities:

• Employee Central plus additional certifications in at least one of the following modules:
  Onboarding, EC Time, and EC Benefits
• At least 3 year’s hands‑on experience in being the lead consultant in Success Factors implementations
• Hands‑on experience of all the Data Models/templates and knowledge of XML
• Hands‑on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows preferred
• Expertise in translations and language packs for template configuration and MDF preferred
• Understanding of how applications support business processes. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems.
• Strong best practice consulting skills in SAP/Success Factors
• Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills

At AspireHR, our Success Factors Certified Consultant will work directly with our clients and their day‑to‑day responsibilities will vary depending on the project.
