Senior Digital UX Designer Why We Have This Role The Web & Digital Experience team turns strategy into experiences that define  . We are seeking a Senior Web UX/UI Designer who can take UX strategy and component systems and transform them into designs that balance user needs, brand expression, and business goals. You'll own translating UX principles into polished, conversion-optimized designs at a pivotal moment as we determine the future of our digital presence.

You're self-directed and can independently scope, design, test, and iterate solutions.

Experiment with new approaches, AI integration, and push boundaries in web design.

Things You'll DoDesign high-fidelity mockups for new and updated pages, translating UX strategy into brand-forward designs that drive conversion.

Own user flow optimization and create wireframes and prototypes to test concepts.

Collaborate on design systems, color implementation, and component application.

Partner with CRO specialists on A/B test design and iteration using data insights.

Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, localization, and engineering teams.

Ensure accessibility as a core principle, not a checkbox.

Conduct usability testing and maintain mobile responsiveness across breakpoints.

Manage user experience programs to identify gaps, opportunities, and validate design decisions based on real user needs and behaviors.
