The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

• Coach Product, Agile, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX teams on AI-assisted ways of working.
• Develop and execute the AI-DLC change management, communications, and adoption strategy.
• Build awareness through leadership briefings, town halls, success stories, and learning campaigns.
• Establish AI Champions and Communities of Practice across business and technology teams.
• Measure adoption, behavioral changes, and AI-DLC maturity across product organization.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Produce executive dashboards highlighting adoption, productivity, quality, and business value outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• 10+ years in Product Delivery, Agile Transformation, Change Management, or Digital Transformation leadership
• Experience in leading organizational transformation programs
• Experience driving adoption of AI, Agile, Dev Ops, or productivity platforms
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Preferred:
  Prosci, SAFe SPC, Agile Coaching, or Change Management certification
• Preferred:
  Experience with in Financial Services or highly regulated industries
• Preferred:
  Exposure to AI transformation initiatives

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including:
