Roles & Responsibilities:
" Requirements Gathering:
Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
" System Analysis & Design:
Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
" Technical Documentation:
Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams
" Process Improvement:
Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.
" Implementation & Support:
Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.
