This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset and a genuine hunger to learn and progress within IT.
The role offers hands‑on exposure to a broad range of technologies, the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, and a clear pathway for long‑term career development, with the potential to progress into a senior IT leadership position. The organisation also places a strong emphasis on work‑life balance, with a structured working day and no expectation to take work home outside normal working hours.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access‑related issues.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Exchange Online and SharePoint.

- Develop knowledge across Microsoft technologies, networking, infrastructure and wider IT operations.
- Take ownership of technical issues and gradually assume greater responsibility as your skills develop.
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, helpdesk or a similar technical role.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 applications and administration, ideally including Exchange Online, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, or device configuration would be advantageous.
- A basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Windows devices, user accounts and common business applications.
