We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the operational support and platform management of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments supporting Gemini Enterprise deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Own platform operations and support for GCP infrastructure supporting Gemini Enterprise.
- Manage Google license administration, provisioning, and coordination with Google teams.
- Oversee identity and access management, including Google Identity Federation and access controls.
- Ensure readiness and support of platform connectors, integrations, and technical onboarding activities.
- Drive security remediation, compliance, monitoring, and operational governance across GCP.
- Partner with Engineering Leads to validate new features, conduct testing, and support production readiness.
- Act as the primary escalation point between internal teams and Google for platform-related issues.
- Monitor platform health, operational KPIs, incidents, and service improvements.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM, Identity Federation, Access Management, and Security Controls.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS/AI platforms and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, governance, and platform support processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and operating in onshore/offshore models.
