What is the Consulting Solutions Architect Team and why join?Want to work with highly motivated individuals that come together to form high-performance team? Come join WWT today! We are looking for a Consulting Solutions Architect to join our North Central Region Global Enterprise Sales team.
Why should you join Global Enterprise Sales?As a Consulting Solutions Architect (CSA), you will be partnering with Client Managers to provide the technical Pre-Sales work focused on Networking and Automation for our Enterprise customers across the Region. No two days will be the same as our broad offerings include Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Strategy among others. Our Advanced Technology Center () changes the game for us in many ways.
It enriches and transforms the way we interact with our customers in forms of ideation sessions, demos, POCs, workshops, training, briefings and more. In addition, the ATC is a world class environment which enables self-education as well as career growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing AI Data Center technical solutions to our customers and internal organizations. The CSA acts as a key resource for engaging with strategic customer relationships while also collaborating with our customer's teams and internal teams to reach successful outcomes for our client's business objectives. The role will also collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive market data for the relevant technologies with the goal of understanding industry trends and the overall impact to WWT and our customer's business.
Responsibilities:- This role will be covering the North Central region.
- Be a self-driven and motivated team player to help other team members and our customers overcome challenges to drive secure outcomes that transform security teams with modern approaches to risk and compliance.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise’s data protection architecture, including backup, disaster recovery, and encryption frameworks.
- Design and implement secure data lifecycle management processes, from data creation to deletion.
- Provide solutions for data governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfers and mentorship to peers as required.
- Simplify messaging and assist in vendor enablement for field sales teams.
- Create functional multi-vendor architectures and solutions.
- Engage in thought leadership activities: event speaking, blog posts, podcasts, conference attendance.
- Help create proposals and presentations aligned with account teams and vendors.
- Learn, Understand and Evangelize WWT’s differentiators.
- Familiarize WWT account teams with Data Protection solutions and provide practice messaging updates regularly.
- Participate in the design & buildout of labs in our ATC
- Define POC and Customer Engagement guidelines.
- Knowledge of Information Security Standards (NIST, PCI, HIPPA, etc)
