We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Engineer tojoin our dynamic team. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cloud solutions that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.
- Automate and streamline cloud-based operations using toolssuch as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, andcost optimization.
- Work with development teams to create cloud-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide solutions. Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Ensure cloud environments meet industry best practices and security standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies andtrends.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops, security, and IT teams to support business-critical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS,Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with cloud automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker,Kubernetes, or similar.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or other relevant languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot cloud-based issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Watch,Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
Skills:
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with databases, both relational and No
SQL, incloud environments. - Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, andothers related to cloud environments.
