Synthetic Labs is an AI governance R&D platform company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. We help organizations build, manage, and demonstrate responsible AI governance.
About the RoleAs an AI Governance Consultant, you will work directly with clients to assess their AI governance maturity, develop governance frameworks and policies, conduct risk assessments, and guide compliance.
What You Will Do- Conduct AI governance maturity assessments and gap analyses
- Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Perform AI risk assessments using the SL 6-dimension methodology
- Advise on compliance with PDPA, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, BOT FEAT
- Deliver Data Protection Impact Assessments for AI systems
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- 3-5 years in consulting, risk management, compliance, or governance
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and governance implications
- Familiarity with ISO 42001, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, PDPA, or BOT FEAT
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- English fluent;
