The Senior Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to employees at all levels of the organization, ensuring the reliable operation of desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral technologies. Thisrole is responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of end-user technology solutions.

• Provide proactive support before key meetings, travel, presentations, executive events, and other high-visibility activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, network, authentication, email,
• VPN, collaboration, and peripheral issues.
• Support Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, mobile devices, printers,docking stations, and common enterprise applications.
• Perform device setup, replacement, configuration, migration, and refresh activities with minimaldisruption to executive users and general user base.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on desktop, service desk, field support, or executive support experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, VIP users, or other high-touch customer groups preferred.
• Experience working in a corporate environment where responsiveness, discretion, and professionalism are critical.
• Ability to deliver discreet, polished, and highly responsive support in person, by phone, email, chat, or remote session.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling executive devices, communications, files,credentials, schedules, and sensitive business information.
• Ability to adapt communication style to the user and situation, translating technical issues into clear business language without unnecessary technical jargon
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Acombination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Relevant industry certifications (A+, Network +, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified)
