What you'll doYour work will include a broad set of responsibilities to drive internal data science and product development teams, along with client facing roles across the following topics. You will focus on Innovation Leadership and help drive an innovation agenda for CPG Analytics across sciences, talent and tools by defining analytics use cases and aligning with a partner stakeholder group on the prioritization.

This includes contributing to the roadmap for analytical code innovation, including bringing in additional analytical features, use of alternative modeling or AI/ML approaches and automation of Analytics ving and overseeing some of the key architectural decisions as they relate to Analytics, from modeling to forecasting to optimization. Evaluating the benefits and risks of alternative modeling platforms and technologies and making recommendations for future use.

You will provide expert leadership in client projects through engaging directly with clients and consulting teams to bring expertise to the specific engagement. Examples include working with consulting teams to shape analytics approach, review data sciences insights, and help finalize client facing recommendations to optimize impact of insight. Developing client specific recommendations on project approach and drawing from insights across clients to support proposal phases.
