Summary of Duties: '

• Lead the end-to-end modernization of digital and retail technology platforms.
• Shape engineering strategy, scale high-performance global teams, and embed a modern engineering culture grounded in velocity, quality, and customer value.
• Lead modernization of the retail technology stack, transforming legacy systems into cloud-native, API-first platforms and enabling composable commerce, real-time architecture, and scalable personalization across core systems like eCommerce, and OMS.
• Build and scale high-performing, inclusive engineering teams by designing agile operating models, developing global talent, and coaching leaders to balance speed, scalability, and platform health.
• Drive engineering excellence and innovation by embedding a product mindset, advancing modern Dev Sec Ops  practices, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, actively engaging in architecture decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and creating frameworks that balance standardization with innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable digital solutions, translating strategic goals into tech capabilities and advising executives on personalization, modular design, and fulfillment innovation.

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related field.

Experience requirements:15 years of progressive engineering experience.

Special Skills or Other Requirements
:

Must have experience with each of the following:

• 1.) 4 years Managing consumer facing technologies, quality engineering, releases, Dev Ops, performance and scalability.
• 2.) Experience designing, developing, and optimizing digital platforms powering web channels for high-traffic corporate websites and applications.
• 3.) Experience modernizing complex legacy systems and launching new digital capabilities.
• 4.) Experience with core digital systems (eCommerce, OMS) and omni-channel strategy and execution.
• 5.) Leading global, distributed engineering teams and ensuring Agile project execution is on time, within scope and budget.
• 6.) Experience in enterprise scale integration technology such as (SOA – Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Service Bus).

Travel requirements: Up to 20% domestic and international travel for business meetings, trainings, and stakeholder engagements.
