** Must Have: SNow CTA or higher; a CMA is ideal. SNow CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM). HAM functional depth: background as an Endpoint Manager or Hardware Asset Manager at a large enterprise, or close partnership with people in those roles. Managed services experience. Help desk experience counts, even if it was 10 years ago. Enterprise SNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, including multi-instance environments.
Hands-on ownership of platform governance and integration standards (REST/SOAP APIs, ITIL alignment).
