Turn business needs into effective solutions and better everyday work.
We are looking for a Functional Consultant to help develop our customers’ sales, customer service, and field service operations using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. At the heart of the role are business processes, users, and platform capabilities. At the same time, you identify where Copilot, platform agents, and Copilot Studio can reduce unnecessary work and improve the user experience.
Whatwill you get to work on?
- - You interview users and facilitate requirements workshops. You map the current way of working, the target process, pain points, and the benefits the change is expected to deliver.
- - You translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritised implementation backlog together with the customer’s product and process owners.
- - You design and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including processes, data models, forms, views, security roles, and automations.
- - You assess what can be solved using standard functionality and low-code tools, and where a developer or integration is needed. You do not simply reproduce the old system in a new one.
- - You consider customer data quality, the division of responsibilities between CRM and ERP, and the business rules for migration. For example, you define how accounts, sales opportunities, and quotation processes should work.
- - You participate in testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment. You gather feedback and ensure that the solution also works in real-life situations.
- - Several years of relevant experience in functional consulting, requirements definition, or business application development in a Microsoft environment.
- - Expertise in at least one Dynamics 365 CE area, such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service, as well as an understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform.
- - The ability to listen, facilitate, challenge constructively, and make complex needs understandable. You can put yourself in the end user’s position.
- - A systematic and responsible way of working, experience in agile collaboration, and fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
You do not need to be an AI architect or software developer. However, we expect a curious and practical mindset: you want to understand Dynamics 365 Copilot capabilities and platform agents and learn how to use Copilot Studio as part of the customer’s process.
For an AI use case, you define the user, objective, required information, permitted actions, and success criteria. For example, an agent might prepare for a customer meeting or suggest a CRM update. Your role is to ensure that the solution supports the work, respects access rights, and leaves the necessary decisions to people. Together with the team, you also consider feature availability and licensing requirements.
You also use AI tools in your own work, for example when preparing requirements, test cases, and training materials. You review the content and handle customer data only in approved environments.
What does this role offer you?Depending on your background, you can deepen your expertise in sales, customer service, or field service processes. You will have the opportunity to influence the entire journey, from the first workshops through deployment and continuous development. You will be supported by architects, developers, and experts in integrations, data, and AI.
Why Twoday? We combine the agility of customer-focused teams with the support of a broad expert community. You will work alongside specialists in business applications, software development, data, AI, and cloud platforms. We…
