- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a TIBCO Administrator with a focus on Linux systems.
- Strong understanding of TIBCO middleware products (e.g., TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS).
- Experience with Rabbit MQ preferred.
- Experience with Axway preferred.
- Proficiency in Linux administration, including command-line operations.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
