Job Title: SailPoint Business Analyst
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Business Analyst to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing access governance processes, preparing functional documentation, and coordinating with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and technical teams to deliver SailPoint implementation and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions for IAM and IGA initiatives.
- Analyze identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access requests, approvals, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Work on SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations and enhancements.
- Define requirements for access certifications, entitlement reviews, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
- Coordinate application onboarding activities and gather requirements related to accounts, entitlements, access policies, and provisioning mechanisms.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, security teams, and application owners to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, validate results, and manage defects.
- Identify gaps in existing IAM processes and recommend improvements to strengthen access governance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory controls.
- Support production releases, change management, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation activities.
- Independently manage assigned business analysis work streams and provide functional guidance to junior analysts.
