Overview
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead digital customer experience and portal initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with UX, Product, Engineering, and Business teams, and ensuring successful execution of complex digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering customer-facing technology solutions.
- Lead project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and delivery activities.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and Business teams to define requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, project scope, and delivery timelines.
- Support resource planning, quality assurance, and overall project governance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing technology projects.
- Experience leading digital, web, portal, UX, or customer-facing technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
- Experience using Jira, Rally, or similar project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
