The Planet Group is hiring a Service Desk Associate for a ~4-6 month contract in Milwaukee, WI. The onsite role provides professional technical support for PC hardware imaging and user requests within the Service Desk team.
Under limited supervision, you will collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve incidents, provide timely customer service, and ensure imaging tasks meet quality standards. Availability for a fully onsite schedule in Milwaukee is required.
