Data and Context Architect

We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on Data & Context Architect to design the semantic, knowledge, and governance layers that enable AI agents to work with trusted, well‑structured data.

What You’ll Do

• Design semantic and metrics layers, knowledge models, search indexes, and business glossaries.
• Assess data quality, readiness, governance, and usability.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business rules into reusable data models.
• Define standards for data lineage, access management, and data governance.
• Help build data foundations that support AI and enterprise applications.

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics architecture.
• Experience with cloud and lakehouse platforms such as Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, or PySpark.
• Hands‑on experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic or metrics layers.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and access management.
• Experience with event‑driven architectures, such as Kafka or Amazon MSK.
• Experience delivering an enterprise‑scale semantic layer, knowledge graph, or governed data product.
