For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Governance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will guide cloud and infrastructure governance efforts with a strong focus on security compliance, policy enforcement, and continuous monitoring across complex multi-cloud environments.
The manager will partner closely with engineering, security, and audit stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve remediation speed, and support regulatory readiness.
This position is well suited for a leader who can combine hands-on cloud security expertise with team mentorship and governance discipline in a highly regulated environment.

Remote
Compensation: $125,300 – $178,900 annually
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Engineers, promoting professional growth
- Expand governance beyond CSPM to include comprehensive security policy enforcement
- Champion Automation & AI for real-time compliance and risk remediation
- Govern firewall rule policies to align with network standards
- Oversee CSPM and cloud-native security solutions for continuous monitoring
- Orchestrate remediation campaigns for non-compliance issues
- Formulate governance metrics and support regulatory audits
- 4-6 years in security compliance governance or cloud security engineering
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring engineering teams
- Hands-on expertise in multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with security frameworks, especially NIST CSF
- Understanding of regulations like HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR
- Experience with GRC platforms and cloud-native security tools
