Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented Service Now IRM Developer to join our team.
Location- 100% Remote in the US
- Configure and enhance Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management
- Build and maintain entity scoping, profile types, and control and risk frameworks
- Import and map authoritative sources and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, UCF)
- Develop control indicators, continuous monitoring, and automated control testing using platform data
- Build attestations, assessments, and questionnaires using Smart Assessments
- Configure issue management, risk acceptance, and remediation workflows
- Integrate IRM with ITSM, Sec Ops, and CMDB to link operational data to risks and controls
- Build risk and compliance dashboards and reports for leadership and auditors
- 3–5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience, including at least 2 years in IRM/GRC
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance concepts (control frameworks, risk registers, audit lifecycle)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and REST integrations
- Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders such as compliance officers and auditors
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Service Now CSA, CAD, CIS-Risk and Compliance, and/or CIS-Vendor Risk Management
- Experience with Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, or Regulatory Change Management
- Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government)
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
