* ** Send subrogation-related documents using the most efficient and cost-effective methods.**
* ** Track claims periodically to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.**
* ** Utilize reporting tools to communicate outcomes and distribute claim status updates regularly.**
* ** Ensure all communications comply with state and federal regulations and consumer protection laws.**
* ** Resolve customer service, operations, accounting, and insurer conflicts, making decisions that align with the company’s best interests.**
* ** Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into claims procedures.
****** Requirements:****
* ** Minimum of three years of collection experience**
* ** Previous experience with online systems and reporting tools is preferred**
* ** Knowledge of automobile accident rules of fault and insurance coverage**
* ** Knowledge of consumer protection and legal regulations regarding consumer collections**
* ** Excellent communication and organization skills, including good telephone etiquette**
* ** Ability to solve problems involving multiple stakeholders**
* ** Ability to communicate effectively with demanding customers or third parties**
* ** Intermediate or above skill level with MS Office Excel and Word programs
