• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English to Spanish Lat Am
• Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety content
• Perform Copy Edit and translation review for accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Meet strict turnaround times on time-sensitive content
• Work within client CAT tool environments (XTM/Phrase) and use Microsoft Word Track Changes

• Native proficiency in Mexican Spanish (ESMX)
• Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of two years practical translation experience specifically in life sciences (clinical trials and pharmacovigilance)
• Familiarity with CAT tools such as XTM or Phrase
• Ability to complete a quality assessment as part of onboarding

• Degree in Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, or Philology
• In-house industry experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company
