The candidate will primarily handle immigration litigation cases as well as family-based immigration cases as needed.

• Consult with clients
• Draft support letters and forms
• Review filings
• Communicate with various government agencies
• Attend hearings and interviews with clients
• Draft pleadings and appeals
• Supervise support staff
• Attend community fora and seminars organized by the firm

• Ideal candidates should have at least two (2) years of immigration law experience, including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases.
• Must possess excellent analytical skills, outstanding writing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others.
• Must be highly ethical and professional, in good standing with the state bar, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.

SALARY: Salary is based on experience, with referral bonuses and annual bonuses commensurate with performance.
