REQUIREMENTS
Seeking outstanding patent litigation lawyers with experience before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Preferred educational background includes undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or an equivalent degree. An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.
