Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for a pre‑litigation personal injury attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. We are looking for someone with personal injury experience but will gladly provide extensive training and mentoring to the right person should their experience not exactly line up with the preferences listed below.
We feel that a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high motivation are extremely important traits. We are aiming to hire the right person, not necessarily the right resume.
- Explain and execute Attorney‑Client contract
- Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
- Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research
- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
- Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
- Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- Personal injury plaintiff or defense experience is preferred
$100,000 minimum, or more depending on experience.
Office locationProspective attorney will office in either Fort Worth or Dallas, whichever is more convenient to the attorney.
